Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms are an agreement between you and [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: service owner — company or full name] (“we”) on using Trend Radar: the website, the web app and the mobile app. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Trend Radar is
The service collects rising topics, challenges and hashtags from public sources (YouTube, Instagram, Google Trends, Pinterest), filters them with AI and matches trends to your query, profile or niche. The service is in testing: features and limits may change.
Account
- Access is invite-only: the team issues the login and password. Do not share them, and tell us if you think someone else knows your password.
- You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in “Profile” or on the account deletion page.
- We may limit or close access if these terms are broken, with notice where possible.
What you must not do
- bypass limits, scrape the service’s data automatically or overload the server;
- try to access other people’s accounts, the server or API keys;
- resell access or present the service as your own;
- use the service to break the law, platform rules or other people’s rights.
AI answers and trend data
Explanations, video ideas, copy and match scores are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. Trends are information to consider, not a promise of views, sales or income. You make your own decisions about content, products and budget.
Third-party content
Videos, thumbnails, titles and hashtags belong to their creators and platforms; we show them with a link to the source. When you repeat a format or use materials, respect copyright and platform rules. The service uses YouTube API Services — by using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Fees
The service is currently free. If paid features are introduced, we will show the price and terms in advance; in apps from Google Play and the App Store, payment will only go through those stores under their rules.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the availability of third-party sources (YouTube, Instagram, OpenAI and others). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Personal data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with a date. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version. These terms are governed by [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: governing law (country)]. We first try to settle disputes by email: [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: почта поддержки / support email].
